Pinterest Scout Spotlight: Beth Kirby

June 13, 2013

Beth Kirby is one of our many scouts who have been busy posting beautiful products to our Provisions Pinterest Board. Similar to the recipes and photos she shares on her blog, local milk, the products Beth finds express her simple, homegrown style that's infused with a healthy dose of funk. You've already seen Beth's recipes on Food52; she recently showed us how to make one loaf of bread last for a week's worth of dinners. The recipes on her own site often have a Southern twist thanks to her Tennessee roots, and she knows how to take tried and true dishes and give them new life.
