I love these so much, I have 2 sets of 3. 1 set is used for all things savory, like pesto, fresh tomato sauce, homemade tomato paste, and homemade broth. The other set, we constantly have fresh citrus and nothing tastes better in a cocktail or even just tonic water then fresh squeezed citrus. So we squeeze all the citrus we aren’t cooking or baking with and make ice cubes. Add to spirit of choice or even tonic water and enjoy. If using with gin or vodka throw in some fresh herbs or pomegranate seeds.
