We're all about collections over at Provisions -- so following that lead, we'll be making recipe collections to go alongside those that are in Provisions. Because recipes want to be together, too.

When it comes to soup, we like it hot, and we like it cold. It can be hearty and meaty, or light and vegetarian. Like fruit? You can make a soup from that. Into Asian cuisine? There's a soup for that, too. Got a sweet tooth? Don't worry! We can all make dessert soup

Considering how perfect it is for any craving, it's important to be well-equipped to make it right. Make sure you have a good pot, and stock up on high-quality spices and oils. 

  

Start with the perfect recipe (we rounded up a few), and finish by serving it with a Japanese brass ladle in a vintage porcelain bowl.
