    Thanks for the spotlight, food52! What an honor. We're having lovely weather here in the East of England!! So far I've made a traditional English custard, a traditional summer pudding, traditional English egg mayonnaise and went out for traditional fish and chips, and tomorrow I'm serving traditional tea and cakes to friends...get the pattern?
