brownies: i ran out of cocoa so i put 2/4 cups less of it, 1/2 cup less of sugar, and added a semi-sweet dark chocolate bar but its very good with just cocoa, just fudgier and a bit flatter i also removed 4 tablespoons of butter from the recipe
