1st choice: Blanched then topped with a little olive oil, squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of nice sea salt. 2nd choice: Blanched then gently grilled for a little char and topped with the same olive oil, lemon juice and sea salt combo. Divine! P.S. Option 2 is only option 2 because I'm too lazy for the extra step to grill, but it's delicious!
Blanch it, then put it in an ice bath. When you are ready to serve it, saute some garlic in olive oil, then add the broccolini and stir-fry it for a couple of minutes. Squeeze a little lemon juice on top.
