Lemon curd, which you freeze, and also one of my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipes, Alton Brown's #10, use egg yolks only, so when I have extra I make that and freeze in balls for later, impromptu cookies on demand. :D

I do a six egg yolk pasta with a dash of milk. About 1 3/4 cups flour.
