This recipe calls for two 9 inch pans, but I just need one pan. What size pan should I use for al the amounts indicated? Never seen a recipe for TWO pans.
This means it makes 2 cakes. If you don't want to make two, then I'd just halve the recipe and use one 9-inch pan.
