Baking Pans

I have a recipe for a 6" cake pan, I need to make 2 cakes in an 10" and 12" cake pan, do I have to make 3,5 and 4 times the amount for both pans??
Thank you so much

pi*(3^2)=28.274 in^2
pi*(5^2)+pi*(6^2)=191.64 in^2
191.64/28.27=6.78 times the recipe
