I just made this delicious dish (Chicken in Sage Walnut Sauce). Should be served over rice? grains? noodles? potatoes? chickpeas?

I generally serve it with crusty bread to soak up the sauce. I think it would be great with rice or mashed potatoes or even pasta. Glad you like it!
