Cooking methods differ depending on what kind of tofu you're using. Silken tofu can be stirred into smoothies and puddings, whereas firm tofu can be stir-fried, pan-fried, baked, or grilled. Given the season, here's a handy guide to grilling firm tofu: http://nyc.wholefoodsmarketcooking.com/blog/2265_from_our_cooking_coach_grilling_tofu

I like what Michael Natkin has to say about tofu: http://herbivoracious.com/2012/05/how-to-make-tofu-really-freaking-delicious-tofu-101.html

He also has a lot of interesting and flavorful recipes that use tofu on his blog, but this basic recipe for pan frying tofu will get you started.
