I'm reading "Tartine Bread" by Chad Robertson, and he talks about a Dutch Oven "combo cooker". What is that, and where can I get one?

I got my combo cooker after reading his book, and found a lodge version on amazon. It's essentially a cast-iron pot and a cast-iron skillet that fit into each other so that you have an enclosed space (each piece acts as a lid for the other depending on which is right side up). Here's a link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0009JKG9M

Thanks! Did you go with the 3-quart or 5-quart?

Good question... I got the LCC3 cooker which I'm guessing is the 3-quart. You might be able to make bigger loaves of bread in the 5-quart, but the 3-quart is a pretty heavy beast already so I'm not sure if the 5-quart would be very easy to manage (at least for me). Also, you might want to invest in a good pair of oven mitts or gloves as well if you don't have some already; that thing gets hot!
