I have two Whole Foods markets near me. They don't put in in their large display case of cheeses that are freshly cut and packaged. They put in the area where the cheeses that are packaged by the manufacturers. (Nigella Lawson has some delicious recipes for halloumi. One is in Feast and is basically grilled halloumi slices served with a soft boiled egg on it and chopped mint. It seems like an odd combination, but it is delicious!)
