I'd like to make 2 cups of Mornay sauce, but I'm having trouble finding a recipe that specifies other than "serves 8", etc. Does anyone have a recipe they like, that they know to yield about 2 cups?

Sauce mornay is simply bechamel to which cheese has been added. You can make it in any proportion that you like.
