Easy spicy grilled food

I have a sinus infection, so I want something A) spicy to help clear my sinuses, B) easy and C) grilled, because that's what my husband wants. Any ideas?

Grilled spicy shrimp by Helen - they can have quite a punch depending on how much sriracha you use - if you have corn in your local market, Mexican street fair corn is spicy and delicious....

This might help. It's got a decent kick. Marinate the meat and thread the kabobs & that's it.
