Thanks for the link Lindsay-Jean, just found the answer to a 'mystery spoon' I picked up at an antique store in New Hampshire as a prop for my food pix!
I would say that it was some kind of Maian ceremonial carving tool,but it seems like Lindsay has a better answer for you!
PS:Don't get me wrong...it is actually pretty!
