Has anyone had any luck freezing spaghetti squash?

There are two methods you can try for freezing spaghetti squash. 1) Slice open the squash; clear out the seeds and roast in oven as you would if you were going to eat it right away. When the squash is done, scoop at the flesh and let cool completely. Then place in freezer safe bag and place in freezer. Or 2) you some people suggest, pulling apart the "spaghetti strands" and then placing in bag before freezing. This method will allow you to defrost and then re-heat like actual spaghetti
