I love this site for it's wonderful recipes. I'm planning a dinner party, and the hardest part for me is deciding on a great menu (not just a bunch of good recipes). Does anyone know of a web site that combines full menu planning suggestions with their recipes?

Try This site Menu Planning on a Budget from The Culinary Institute Of America http://www.healthykitchens.org/downloads/mediaPG/Meals_On_Budget_FULL.pdf

Amanda's NYT cookbook has menus too!

Nigella Lawson's Nigella Eats also has menus with recipes, for everything from a light lunch to an elaborate dinner party.

Me too. Some cookbooks also have menu ideas (Ina Garten), and occasionally on foodtv.com, as well. The latter is useful if you have a favorite chef/cook you trust.

For your own sanity, make your menu simple but delicious with as many cook ahead dishes as possible, so that you can enjoy as well. Good luck.

Agreed. I always go to epicurious for menu ideas.
