granola bars--need a bar that is less crumbly then the ones I currently make, a bit more cookie like.

The raspberry granola bars in Karen Demasco's The Craft of Baking. They're absolutely worth the price of the book.

These are my go-to by lapadia: http://food52.com/recipes/9302-cardamom-hazelnut-cherry-granola-bars. I've tried several others, but always come back to these. I no longer wander.

How about nobake? I love to use silicone ice trays to make little granola bar bites.
