First, kippers are already cooked because they are smoked. Second, I would grill them on the bbq. Why? you do NOT want the smell of kippers in your house for the next week ! Place them on an oiled sheet of tinfoil and cook on the BBQ until warmed throughout. (leaving head and tail on is an option depending on how you want to present and plate them)
