I agree with Kayb - Once sauteed, I just add salt and pepper.

I break off the woody part of the stems, then cut the remainder (stalk and tip) into about 1 1/2 inch sections, and saute away! It's wonderful with a touch of sesame oil, a little mirin, and some soy sauce.
