I assume you mean a "good" recipe rather than a "god" recipe.
Either way, I vote for latkes with onion fried in a skim of oil. I am sure both your guests, and god, would enjoy them.
There are plenty of good recipes for Passover, and many recipes from the rest of the year work as long as they don't have "forbidden" ingredients. Can you tell us what sort of dish you are looking for? Appetizers, salads, mains, sides, desserts (or all of the above)?
