filling Chocolate

I am using Fruit powder dehydrated , so what procedure should I follow ? So that Person who enjoy the fruityness in past form inside Chocolate.

Thanks lindsay but my question was I want fruityness inside Chocolate ( Surprise element )Can you suggest doe the matter.
