Eating Bird Food has done her versions of Whole Foods Garlicky Kale salad and their Kale and Cabbage Phad Thai salad. They are both delicious. Just google the salads and the recipes pop right up. I'd link them, but cannot seem to do that on this site from my phone. Probably operator error. ;0)
Someone told me that Whole Foods' Sweet Summer Kale salad is great. Dried apple rings, sliced almonds, dried cranberries or dried cherries, olive oil, honey, orange juice, white balsamic vinegar, shallots, garlic, oregano, crushed red chili flakes, salt, black pepper.
