Does anyone have a recipe for corn cakes that can be baked in the oven rather than cooked in a skillet?

I've always found the recipe from Joy of Cooking reliable. It usually is baked as cornbread in a skillet, but to get corn cakes (and more crust), bake in muffin tins, cast iron forms with corn ear shapes, or on a sheet pan. see http://www.thejoykitchen.com/recipe/southern-corn-bread-or-without-ramps
