Hi there, cooking octopus tonight what would be great to serve with it something healthy to and good for an athlete? And should the octopus be boiled or fried would you suggest?

Definitely grill it--brush with a good olive oil.
Splash of fresh lemon juice when you serve the octopus. Serve a Village Greek salad--green pepper, tomato, cucumber, kalamatas, red onion, feta, sprinkle with Greek oregano and drizzle red wine vinegar and EVOO. Could add a simple orzo with a little butter and Ital. parsley OR orzo with roasted veggies would be healthier.
