Groan. I was so self-disciplined, resisted the pun, then you all (well, all three) jumped in. So here is a real recipe with, I mean from, Nigella. Tastes good, too - I make it in rotation with a few others (basic, with black beans, with blue cheese, with lemon & labeneh).
