I have two defrosted turkeys with leg/thighs cut off. One started as a 10 lb. ,one as a 14 lb. How long at 275

I will have them in 2 pans. Which on top rack, which on bottom? Thanks

275 is too low a temp, imho. I always roast at 325. Approximately 24 pounds at 325 will take about 6 1/2 hours.

Are you cooking the legs and thighs also? Do you have a scale? The best way to do this would be to weigh them at their current state to find the best cook time.

yes, cooking the leg/thighs too. If I weigh it all, how much time per lb.?
