Should I defrost my corn?

I'm making this creamed corn but we only have frozen corn. Should we defrost first? http://www.food.com/recipe...

THANK YOU!

You're in luck! The recipe calls for frozen corn. Go forth (and tell Sarah her pear tart is faaaabulous).

The recipe has you cooking frozen corn kernels with cream salt sugar & pepper, so if you have kernels, no need to defrost. But if your corn is frozen on the cob, yes defrost, then cook with those flavorings.
