Yikes, I need 2 sticks of unsalted butter for a brownie cookie recipe, but I only have 1 stick and 1 stick of unsalted MARGARINE. Can I use that or

will it ruin the recipe? Do I need to run to the store? I've never combined those types of "butter" before. Anyone?

I think you'll be okay. The brownies will probably have a slightly different texture than if they were all butter, but I'm sure they'll be wonderful anyway.
