For how many minutes do I have to put dough into the fridge

I'll be making apple tart. In the recipe, it says that I have to put the dough into the fridge.

you could also put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes!

i'd give it at least half and hour—that will help the dough firm up (and the butter in it cool; cold butter will make the crust flaky).
