    i defrosted a hamburger (smallish) on thursday but then didn't cook it...it's been in the fridge. is it still okay to eat tonight?

    Hi there -- sorry your question wasn't answered quickly. I usually go by smell in a situation like that. If it smells the slightest bit funky, I chuck it.
