I have a question about the recipe "Israeli Shakshuka Quiche" from Corinne Cuozzo. What kind of cheese should you use in this recipe. There is no cheese in the ingredients list but it is in the directions.

While waiting for recipe author, it's probably Israeli white cheese (gvina levana), similar to quark or a soft fromage blanc. Or, maybe use cream cheese alone or thinned slightly with plain yogurt.
