I have several jars of hot dog relish. Do you know of any recipes (besides hot dogs and hamburgers) that use relish as an ingredient?

I LOVE SWEET PICKLE RELISH ON ANY SANDWICH. MIXED WITH SOME MAYO AND HOT SAUCE IT IS A PERFECT SPREAD OR DIP. I SOON PLAN TO MAKE SOME RELISH BREAD BY ADDING IT TO A BEER BREAD MIX. I ALSO PLAN ON ADDING IT TO MY NEXT BATCH OF CORNBREAD WHICH WILL BE JUST LIKE WHEN I ADD SALSA TO MY CORNBREAD MIX. I JUST LESSEN THE LIQUID.

I recalled a couple more ways to use the relish, potato or macaroni salad or soup. I make a Dill Pickle Soup and I would think relish would work wonderfully even with sweet relish versus dill relish. Many recipes online but the one I use is from the Trianon Restaurant, Chef Otto, that is unfortunately no longer. I believe the recipe is online, if not I can post it, let me know if you are interested.

I always considered it an essential with tuna salad, which I used to eat quite a bit of. Also the only place I've ever been able to tolerate mayonnaise.

I sometimes add it to deviled eggs as well as tuna salad.

Thousand Island dressing and you can definitely use relish in dips or try it in a sauce. When I find myself with 'excess' food items, I play Chopped and see where my creativity takes me, just me!
