Do you use Amazon Echo/Google Home in the kitchen? Which is the best for cooking prompts, recipes etc? Any tips, tricks, pitfalls?

I get totally lost when cooking—need to check the recipe every 30 sec and It’s a real trouble when my hands are wet/greasy. I’ve tried a voice-operated app, but the catch is the phone doesn’t hear me when I’m some 5 feet away. Does it make any sense to try some of those smart assistants? Which one?

Nope, neither.
Rather, a 3-ring binder.
Have a look and see if this works for you.
