Authentic Ramen cookbook recommendations?

We want to make authentic japanese ramen at home, the noodles, the broth, the works. Any cookbook suggestions? I have Momofuku. Thank you!

Although I don't own the cookbook, your request screams "Ivan Ramen: Love, Obsession, and Recipes from Tokyo's Most Unlikely Noodle Joint". I do own "Japanese Farm Food" by –
Nancy Singleton Hachisu and highly recommend.
