When he took it out it was still warm from defrosting it. Was wondering if it is still good.
Yes! Raw proteins can be left out to thaw for about 4 hours as long as it doesn't fall into the temperature danger zone (41-135 degrees Fahrenheit). If it has only been out for an hour and a half the center might still be frozen or at least cold so don't worry, you won't get sick! :D
