What is the proper way to serve Pavlova/Schaum Torte; attempt to slice or scoop the servings?

It depends on how pliable the meringue is. If it's soft/gooey, I'd scoop. But if it's sticky and tough, then slice with a bread knife, and try to do it gently so everything doesn't mush together!

Thanks! We will do our best. I imagine it will squish and crumble no matter how gentle we are. Cross you fingers for 4-H judging tonight!
