When nutritional facts say "100g of pasta," do they mean COOKED or UNCOOKED?

Usually the charts specify, as in this example.

If not specified, assume dry (uncooked).

The pack I have (Bentilia) doesn't specify... so 355 calories for 100g of UNCOOKED pasta? Then for 100g of COOKED pasta it should be less, since the size of the pasta almost doubles... right? (something like 178 calories?)
