I made cranberry sauce with 1/3 cup of Grand Marnier. Simmered for 15 minutes on medium heat. Did the alcohol evaporate?

made with 2 cups of cranberries, grapefruit flesh, orange zest and juice (from 1/2 an orange), 1/3 cup of water, 1/3 cup of Grand Marnier, ~2/3 cup sugar, handful of walnuts

Not completely.
If you have someone who can't eat/drink alcohol, offer another sauce without any alcohol.

Thanks for the reply!
Would it be possible to simmer it for longer to make the alcohol evaporate?

No, sorry.
Despite what recipe writers (mostly years ago) said, the alcohol never completely burns off.
