I messed up baking i think please help?

I made a base dough with instant active yeast & i did not let dough sit for more then 10 minutes befor i baked it , is it safe to consume with the yeast and all...newbie mistake???

Sure, why not? If it didn't have sufficient time to rise, though, it will be dense in texture and the flavor off.
