Prime rib, in it's prime?

Kept my prime rib uncovered in refrigerator for 9 days. Okay to cook and eat?

I did exactly the same thing, except I seasoned it first. I had no complaints from my kidling whatsoever :)

Yes, what you did was dry age it. A lot of steakhouses dry age for almost double the amount of time.
