Q on the candied orange chocolate recipe by chhavi

The temperature doesn't say F or C it just says 188. I assumed it was C and convert it to almost 350 F????? Also doesn't say how much oil?? I used 1/2 cup of oil as i usually do for my chocolate muffins. Can somebody please help?

Not sure what you are asking about.
Is this a candy, orange peel dipped in chocolate
If yes, maybe 188 refers to candy thermometer.
