making ganache and the oils have separated.. used 6 oz of heavy whip cream and 6 oz of bittersweet and simmered the cream with orange oil extract
maybe too much oil extract. after putting the simmered cream on top of the chopped chocolate the oils have separated is there way to save? was expensive chocolate
