Would this technique work with dulce de leche?

These cookies were delicious and dulce de leche has a similar consistency to Nutella. What does everyone think?

Hi! The consistencies are similar in the jar, but I think they would act pretty differently in this recipe. What would definitely work is sandwiching two Nutella cookies with dulce de leche in the middle!
