Hello! I think the recipe’s ingredients list misses the potatoes? How many are we to use?

You could try looking at some other recipes (pumpkin pie too)to get a better idea- it looks to me like you'll want about 2 1/2c. puree, but I haven't actually made it.

Most reliable on web are recipes from known authors, books, tv shows and magazines (or former magazines) that test their recipes.
