Can you freeze the dough prebaked?

I've been making this bread for the past several months now, with varying amounts of whole wheat bread flour and assorted mix-ins. One of our favorites is tart dried cherry and walnut. I am wondering if I could try to make large rolls and freeze them before baking. What do you think?

Yes, definitely. Simply pull your rolls, which sound delicious by the way, to the refrigerator the night before you plan to bake them. Move them to room temp to fully proof, then bake them just in time to serve them warm.
