How does this keep and for how long?

Will it stay for a few days? Is it okay to ship for gifts at room temp or below without getting stale?

As these breads freeze well, ok to ship ship below room temp.

Hi Mona! We normally wrap ours tightly in cling wrap and deliver as gifts. The loaves should stay fresh for 3-5 days as long as you keep them wrapped. If they do get a bit stale, I highly recommend toasting your slices and putting on some butter — that fixes quite a lot.
