Replacements for 250 ml buttermilk (adjust amounts proportionately for more/less than that). One of: 250 ml yogurt 250 ml sour cream 250 ml milk with 5 to 7 grams cream of tartar 225 ml milk with 15 ml lemon juice (let stand 10 minutes before using) 125 ml each yogurt and milk, mixed. Beteavon!
