Suggestions for Dry Cooking Sherry

Any suggestions for dry cooking sherry? I have never purchased and not sure what brands are better.

Two brands I've had and liked - Tio Pepe, Gonzalez Byass.
Also, if you have a good wine shop or consultant on line, ask if they are importing other good dry sherry labels.
By the way, I just think of it as dry sherry.
If it's not good enough to drink, it's not good enough to use in cooking.
And the cook gets a portion, whether you call it quality control or just a glass of wine while you're cooking.
